Located in the Cotswolds AONB (Area of outstanding natural beauty), this luxury house is to be situated on a hillside site, offering views overlooking the Severn valley in Gloucestershire, England. Being sympathetic towards its surroundings, using Cotswold Oolitic Limestone and local timber.

The site is a plot of land left unbuilt on in a large suburban area located in a satellite town north of Bristol, the aim of building on the site which has had full planning permission applied for is to provide additional housing to the area in keeping with the existing houses, with the original design principles adopted within a modern context.
