Architectural Coordinator
(Business Owner, Architectural Designer
& Timber Frame Designer)
Having previously run his own Planning Consultancy, gaining vast experience with planning applications, as well as completing 5 years of Architecture at university (his undergraduate degree at Oxford Brookes and his master's degree at the University of the West of England); Dan has also previously worked in rural practice in the Cotswolds AONB and as a Timber Frame Designer; gaining extensive experience with building regulations: he brings valuable experience to the team with interests in sustainability and design context. His skill set is wide and builds on DGSM Architecture’s ethos of incorporating the main areas of 'Concept' and 'Development', with the aim of helping clients achieve their Architectural dreams; no matter how big or small, regardless of what structural system they are, whether they be masonry, timber frame, reinforced concrete, steel framed, so on and so forth. Based in Stoke Gifford near Bristol, Dan operates not just within the Bristol area, but is also very much open to operating further afield as well.
Client Relations
Molly is the first person you speak to when you make an enquiry, and let me tell you, she's a real gem! With a Diploma in Acting and Performing Arts under her belt, Molly brings a unique set of skills to the table when it comes to client relations and working with DGSM. Her friendly, polite, and confident manner makes her an absolute delight to interact with. Molly's exceptional communication abilities and her genuine passion for providing top-notch customer service makes her a fantastic addition to our team.
In addition to our in-house team at DGSM Architecture, we also work with local external designers and surveyors that we have built up a rapport with in order to produce our high quality work. Coordinated by Dan, with all work being checked appropriately, we are able to assign work accordingly to enable clients to get the best outcome for their project. Working with others allows us to take on larger projects, as well as combine both in-house and external architectural expertise.
